QUESTIONS ABOUT ENVELOPMENTS:
1. CURRENT DISCOUNTS:
Receive our everyday 5% discount
on 10 packs or more of Envelopments, Folded Cards, Z-Cards,
or Card Stocks. The discount will be reflected in your
shopping cart.
2. How long does it typically take to
receive items?
We ship directly from the Envelopments
manufacturer. Orders take 1-2 business days to process
at Envelopments. For standard
orders, expect 3-5 business days as the total ship time.
For express orders, expect 1-3 business days.
Both shipping options are available
on the payment page.
Upon a backorder, we will notify
you and adjust shipping charges.
Shipping charges are calculated as a percentage of order amount.

3. Do you charge tax?
Sales tax is charged for items
shipped to CA (7.25%) and NY (8.375%).
4. Can I ship to an address that does not match my
billing address?
Yes, when you click "checkout",
there is an option to fill in a shipping address that
is different from the billing address.
5. How do you handle returns?
We keep our prices low by shipping
directly from the vendor, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If
there was a packing error, please notify us.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we process
payments through 2Checkout.com, which accepts VISA,
MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER.
8. Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, we only process
orders within the US.
9. Do you do printing and assembly?
Envelopments is a mix and match
DIY product, so we sell only the supplies. We recommend
that you use your home printer or contact your local
print shop for professional printing services. We do have our own line of announcements, the Stylish Collection, if you wish to incorporate any of those products. We do not do printing beyond the Stylish Collection.
QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR STYLISH COLLECTION:
1. How long does it take to receive items?
Once we have your photos in hand, it will take 3-5 business days to do the layout. You will receive an email with a link to view a proof. Once we have received approval of the proof, it will take another 3-5 business days to print. You may choose regular (3-5 days) or express shipping (1-2 days) at checkout.
2. How should I send my photos? What format?
We prefer photos in JPEG format at 300 dpi. There are a few ways to send us your high resolution images. You can email them, or you can provide a link in Flickr or similar web service which allows viewers to download the large format.
3. Do you do custom printing outside of the Stylish Collection?
Currently, we offer only designs seen in the Stylish Collection. If you would like additional information added to the existing design, we can certainly do that. Check back often, we are busy working on lots of new designs. |
